Is your charger compatible with all car brands, or can it only charge certain brands?

Our chargers are compatible with all car models on the market.

Does your product support Type A+6mA DC leakage protection?

Some of our models come with Type A+6mA DC leakage protection by default. If there are some special needs, other products can also be customized with Type A+6mA DC leakage protection.

Does your product have the certification required by the local markets?

Being sold all over the world, all of our products have passed relevant certification recognized by the local governments, including but not limited to UL, CE, TUV, CSA, ETL, CCC, etc. They are completely safe for customers to use.

Delivery

Can you assist us in customs clearance?

We can cooperate with customers to carry out related customs clearance procedures and issue corresponding customs clearance materials.

Whether the product meet local customs clearance standards?

"Our products have been sold in large quantities all over the world. All products have passed relevant certification recognized by the local governments, including but not limited to UL, CE, TUV, CSA, ETL, etc. In addition, we provide standardized product information and packaging methods to ensure that the products fully comply with local customs clearance requirements.

After-sales service

How long is the processing time for after-sales problems?

"Usually within 1-2 working days;
for a small number of complex after-sales problems, we may need to spend more time communicating with customers in order to confirm the root cause."

Do all defective products need to be sent back to BESEN?

It depends. If it needs to be sent back according to the judgment of our after-sales department, we will ask the customer to send it to our designated locations in various countries so the technical staff can deal with the defective products together.

What to do if the product encounters a malfunction beyond the warranty period?

We will provide our customers with longer after-sales service (except for man-made damage) according to specific situations, such as replacement of components, and will charge a certain amount of maintenance costs as appropriate.

How long is the product warranty period?

1 year warranty. Based on the requirements of policies and regulations in different regions, we can also provide customers with personalized solutions to extend the warranty period.

What should I do if I encounter a product failure?
